Mission Statement
The Mission of New Berlin West Youth Girls Basketball program is to offer youth girls the opportunity to learn the fundamental skills of basketball while instilling life lessons and values such as character, teamwork, discipline, respect and sportsmanship, all while helping to develop each child to her potential, building confidence, and having fun.
About the Program
New Berlin West Youth Girls Basketball league is a developmental program starting with 3rd/4th grade and continuing through 8th grade for any girls in the New Berlin West district. Even if your daughter doesn't currently attend a New Berlin school, but you reside within the New Berlin West High School boundaries, she is invited to join us!
Philosophy
The philosophy of the New Berlin West Youth Girls Basketball program is to share the game of basketball with youth girls across the district by teaching skills, values, and teamwork in a positive, fun, and inclusive environment. Our approach is intended to not only improve skills on the court, but to build character, confidence, and a sense of pride they can use beyond sports and throughout their lives.
